Aaron Lennon will reportedly be unavailable to feature for Tottenham Hotspur in the crunch north London derby against Arsenal on Wednesday.
Both sides still have all to play for, as the Gunners are well in the chase to pip their rivals and win the Premier League come May, while Spurs are hot on the heels of Manchester City - who currently occupy the coveted fourth spot.
The fleet-footed 22-year-old has been suffering from a persistent groin injury that has kept him from making an appearance this year, and The Daily Mail claims that the former Leeds United man underwent a scan yesterday and will not be fit in time to play a part in a potential season-decider for both sides at White Hart Lane.
It is said that midfielder Niko Kranjcar will also miss the derby date owing to the ankle injury sustained during the recent 2-0 loss to Portsmouth in the FA Cup.
