Real Madrid's Cristiano Ronaldo Expecting Plenty Of Goals Against Barcelona

| |

Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo has declared that he is expecting plenty of goals and a tough game when his side take on Barcelona in the crucial top of the table game at the Bernabeu tonight

While Ronaldo believes the game is evenly poised he insists that los Merengues are brimming with confidence and feels that playing at home fives them a slight upper hand over the Blaugrana.

""It will be a tough game. I believe will be 50-50, because both teams have the same points in the title race. I think it is a difficult game because Barcelona are playing well. The team playing at home has more advantages but I do not see a big difference. This game will be defined by the small details - who makes least mistakes. There is a small window for mistakes but it's minimal," he is quoted as saying by AS before adding that he expects goals.

"In my opinion there will be many goals in this game, but if there are, of course I want to them to be for Real. The priority is to win, whether I score or another player. What we want is to win to go three points ahead of them. There is a little way to go and we know that if we win we will have a slight but important advantage.

"I want to play well, helping Real to its objective which is to win. I know this game is very special, not only for me, also for my team-mates. It's going to be a spectacular night and I want Madrid to be the best and to win.

"We are demonstrating that we have a very strong attack, but it would be wrong to say that the attack is the most important part because we have a complete team. We are in good shape, confident, both in front of goal and in defense, midfield and forward. The team is getting better, we understand each other better. The team changed much from last year to this one, with new players and so we have to change some things.
