Ronaldinho's hopes of playing at the World Cup are being boosted by Milan coach Leonardo, his brother and agent Roberto de Assis and chief of the Brazilian FA Ricardo Texeira, who are doing their bit to convince Brazil coach Carlos Dunga, reports Tuttosport.
Leonardo has been in regular contact with a member of the Selecao coaching staff in an attempt to sway opinions and ensure those with feint hearts make an effort for the cause.
De Assis is also showing his hand. He has a number of good contacts within the CBF and he is hoping to use his influence to help Ronaldinho.
Last but not least is Texeira. He has always been a keen supporter of the Milan man, and it was he who convinced Dunga to take him to the Beijing Olympics in 2008. He is likely to tell Dunga to reconsider his stance.
