Chelsea are weighing up making another approach for AC Milan striker Alexandre Pato, according to a report from The Daily Mail.
The Blues could face competition from Real Madrid for the 20-year-old Brazilian, who resisted an offer from the Stamford Bridge outfit last summer.
He could be tempted to move this year though after a disappointing season at the San Siro, with the Blues ready to hand over £45 million.
Pato is believed to be ready to ditch his current agent Gilmar Veloz and could soon employ Mino Raiola in his place.
Raiola helped broker moves to Barcelona last year for Pato's Brazilian compatriot Maxwell as well as Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
"Real Madrid and Chelsea are following the player (Pato)," Raiola said.
"Obviously his transfer is not certain, but the guy is unhappy with the situation at Milan, where they won't win a title this year."
