As reported by Sport, Barcelona returned to training today after having earned a day off in the wake of Saturday's win at the Santiago Bernabeu against Real Madrid in El Clasico.
Thus coach Pep Guardiola's team returned to the training pitch to prepare for a week in which the Blaugrana will play both Deportivo La Coruna and Espanyol.
However, the possibility of having striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic miss Barca's next two fixtures has become more likely as the Swede continues to recover from an injury sustained in the warm-up preceding Barca's match against Athletic Bilbao two weeks ago.
French left-back Eric Abidal also continued to be an absence as he was unable to recover from injury, while centre-back Gerard Pique missed training as well with a knock from which he hopes to have recovered as Barca prepare to face Depor at the Camp Nou on Wednesday.
Guardiola also called four players up from the youth team as Edu Oriol, Ilie, Luque and Gai Assulin joined the first team for training.
